GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS of HEYELANDER
In order to order from us, you must provide HEYELANDER with some personal data during the Customer Account application process. Make sure they are correct and up to date. You can choose to enter a password so that there is also a ‘My Account’ environment available for you. Choose a secure password and do not pass it on to anyone else. The next time you place an order, you don’t have to re-enter your details. If your details change, please make sure that you change them before you place your next order. We protect your data professionally on a secure server.
PRICE AND PAYMENT
The prices of all our products are shown on our website after you have logged into your Customer Account. Payment takes place through our Payment Solution Provider PAY.NL or by bank transfer. All prices mentioned on the website are in Euro’s and are excluding VAT.
We deliver your order to the address you provided during the ordering process. Changing the delivery address is only possible before your order has been processed by HEYELANDER. You can add a different delivery address in your Account, after login. We do not allow delivery addresses in another country than the invoicing address. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a Track & Trace code by email so you can track your order online.
All products we supply are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty of 2 years after purchase. This warranty relates to production or assembly faults that can be attributed to us. Breaks, scratches, bending and other damage caused by the end user are not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. If you want to use our warranty procedure, please send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org. We will inform you about the different possibilities as soon as possible.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All intellectual property of the texts and images used are the property of HEYELANDER. You may not use it without written permission from our marketing department, which you can reach by email: email@example.com
COMPLAINTS & DISPUTES
These general terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. But because service is an important pillar of HEYELANDER, we will do our utmost to find a suitable solution in case of disputes.
Do you have a complaint about a product or about our services? Then you can file a complaint by sending an e-mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org. You will not receive an acknowledgement of receipt but we will always respond to your complaint within 14 working days.
